Elizabeth Seuling is The Marshall Project’s Chief Development Officer, leading the fundraising team and responsible for increasing the operating budget to support newsroom expansion across the United States. She has more than 20 years of fundraising experience with major nonprofits, including Human Rights Watch and the Lumos Foundation. She is based in New York.
