In December 1982, Michael Ray Lambrix was serving a sentence for violating probation when he escaped from a work release detail. Six weeks later, he and his girlfriend met Aleisha Bryant and Clarence Moore Jr. outside a bar.

Lambrix and his girlfriend invited Bryant and Moore back to their trailer. Lambrix lured Moore outside, then attacked him with a tire iron, fracturing his skull. Then he kicked Bryant in the head and strangled her. Read More ↓

He was sentenced to death on March 22, 1984.

Michael Ray Lambrix was the 1,461st person executed in the United States since 1976, the 94th person executed in Florida, and the 1,286th person executed by lethal injection.
